If you take a print-out of the information sheet you filled in, you will be allowed to enter the exhibition halls free of charge. For attending symposium or business partnering, additional application is necessary.
Your personal information is fully secured and not submitted to anyone without your permission due to our privacy policy.

Bar-code system is applied in this event. Please note that your personal information may be transferred if your bar-code is scanned by exhibitors or sponsors inside the event venue. Based on your permission, you may receive the followings from organising parties, Nikkei BP or Nikkei BP's group companies at your street address or e-mail address: Announcement of publications, Exhibitions, seminars, etc,; questionnaire surveys; and information on products/services of those parties.

Entrance fee

Exhibition	1,000JPY (If you complete pre-registration, you can download a free entrance ticket from the web.)
Symposium	Symposium ticket must be purchased to attend symposium sessions remarked as “Pay symposium”. Symposium 3-day ticket: 70,000JPY(Tax included) Early-bird discount ordered by July 31, 60,000JPY) Symposium 1-day ticket: 30,000JPY(Tax included) Symposium ticket holders can also attend business partnering sessions.
Business partnering	Business partnering 3-day ticket: 30,000JPY(Tax included) Business partnering 1-day ticket: 12,000JPY(Tax included) Business partnering ticket holders can’t attend “Pay symposium”.
Welcome Reception	JPY 10,000(VIP ticket holders and symposium ticket holders are admission free)

Cancellation policy
If a written intent of cancellation and the pre-mailed ticket(s) are received by the registration office on or before September 7, 2004, the paid fee will be refunded after deducting 10% administrative fee.
