BioJapan 2004

BioJapan 2004 symposium consists of organizer’s theme symposium (PAY), and sponsor’s symposium (Free-of-Charge). Total number of sessions will exceed 60, and its focused themes are diversified from genomics, personalized medicine to biomass or functional foods.

Ticket Types and Fees for organizer's theme symposium
Three-day symposium ticket: JPY 70,000
(Early-bird discount: JPY 60,000 purchased before July 31)
This fee includes attendance at the Reception Party to be held on September 28 evening, exhibition and business partnering sessions.

One-day symposium ticket: JPY 30,000
This fee includes attendance at the Reception Party to be held on September 28 evening if the ticket is for 28th use, exhibition and business partnering sessions.

Symposium ticket holders can access “Web Matching System” to make one-to-one meeting appointments among the community of business partnering presenters and attendees. ID and password for the system will be mailed with the symposium ticket.

The ticket(s) will be mailed after the registration office confirms your payment. The delivery is scheduled in mid July or later.

Language
Japanese and English simultaneous interpretation service will be provided.

Registration
The registration period terminates on August 31, 2004.
Note that the registration period may be terminated at an earlier date if the registration reaches a pre-fixed number.

Cancellation
If a written intent of cancellation and the pre-mailed ticket(s) are received by the registration office on or beforeSeptember 7, 2004, the paid fee will be refunded afterdeducting the 10% administrative fee.
No refund will be made if the written intent of cancellation isreceived by the registration office on or after September 8,2004.
