For Opening Ceremony and Keynote Speech Session, Please make pre-registration on this web first, then, please print out the admission ticket and bring it.
When you come to the venue, please go up to 12^th floor directly, and present  your print-out ticket at the reception desk there. Please be noted that you have to do pre-registration work exclusively for Opening Ceremony and following Keynote Speech Session, that means that pre-registration only for exhibition hall admission is not valid for attending the opening ceremony and keynote session on the first day.
Once you made registration work at the reception desk on 12^th floor for the opening ceremony and keynote session, you can enter into the exhibition halls, but, again, you need to do pre-registration for attending other seminar sessions (like organizer and sponsor seminars, luncheon session). Your generous understanding and cooperation would be highly appreciated in advance.

Due to the security reason (Prince Hitachi will attend the opening ceremony.) it is not allowed to anybody to attend unless pre-registration is completed in advance on the web. Nobody can get into the special conference room without pre-registration. No exception at all. Please bear this in your mind.
