Our seminars are always so unique and informative, that with no doubt each of our seminar sessions will be full with pre-registered audience. Simultaneous interpretation service (English to Japanese/ Japanese to English) will be prepared for all our sessions, thus not only Japanese guest, but also all visitors from all over the world can enjoy it.
The themes of the sessions are various to meet with our audiences’ diverse requests, from medical scientific subjects like Regenerative Medicine, RNAi, Antibody Therapeutics, Personalized Medicine, to more management-level topics, Bio-Venture, and Intellectual Property, and furthermore, PA (Public Acceptance), and Stress Management (Laugh and Fatigue), which will be contributed to our daily personal life.
So that as many as our attendees can enjoy attending these seminar sessions, we are willing to offer these session free of charge. Naturally, BioJapan is international bio event, so all of our seminar sessions will be fully equipped with full interpretation service (both way, E-J/J-E), so that our foreign visitors can enjoy listening to the sessions. In fact, since themes of our session, which were selected by BioJapan2006 stealing committee, are very unique and interesting, thus, almost all of our seminars will be crowded with pre-registered audiences. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to do pre-registration on this web well in advance, otherwise you might not be able to get your sheet for the session, which you want to listen to.

In BioJapan2006, there is NO common (almighty) admission ticket, which makes it possible for you to attend any sessions a you like.
Therefore, we cordially request all of you to make pre-registration FOR EACH sessions, which you want to attend ONE BY ONE, individually.
Once you make pre-registration for any specific seminar sessions, you can go into the exhibition hall freely. However, please be noted that if you want to attend the Opening Ceremony, Keynote Speech Session, Business Partnering Presentation, again, you have to register for each of them separately in advance on the web.

When you do pre-registration work on the web for seminars, please do not forget to bring printout the admission ticket for the specific session. At that time, also please printout the admission for exhibition halls. When you arrive at the venue, please go to the reception desk on the 10th floor first, and present your printout for exhibition hall admission. Then, you can receive your budge for attendees in return, and please go to the seminar room, which you made pre-registration. In front of the room, again, please present your printout for the specific session for registration.

Please try to enter the seminar room at least 5 minute earlier than the starting time of the session. Since the managing office will allow to those who, did not any pre-registration in advance, but waiting in front of the room for cancellation, to enter the room to attend the session. Thus, even if you have registered in advance on the web, if you come to late, you might not be able to secure your sheet at the session. Please understand this rule in advance.
Needless to say, there is no guarantee at all that all the waiting guest can enter the room, so again, we strongly recommend for pre-registration on this web well in advance. |
