We request those who want to attend Opening Ceremony & Keynote Speech Session to make pre-registration for admission to the Exhibition Hall first. When your registration is completed properly, you will get free admission ticket as printout form, so please bring the printout when you come to the event.

Then, please proceed to pre-registration for Opening Ceremony & Keynote Speech. Please do not forget to bring with you a printout copy confirming your completion of pre-registration work.

On Sept. 19th, please come to the Registration Desk on the 2nd floor of Conference Center of the venue first. In exchange of presenting your free admission ticket printout, you will receive a visitor budge. Then, please go up to the 3rd floor. In front of seminar room for the Opening Ceremony and Keynote Speech, please show your printout (for attending the Opening Ceremony and Keynote Speech session) again to our reception staff.

Please note that BioJapan2007 does not adopt an all-round passport ticket system. If you wish to attend more than one seminars, you need to register for EACH of them. Please kindly follow pre-registration procedures for each seminar one by one. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

When you attend a seminar of BioJapan 2007, please make it sure that you come to Registration Desk (either at Exhibition Hall or 2nd floor of Conference Center) first and obtain a visitor badge in exchange for your printed-out Admission Ticket (You can get it when you complete your pre-registration work online.) After receiving your visitor badge, please go to the respective room for the seminar that you are attending. Please follow this procedure accordingly.

Please try to arrive at the seminar room at latest 5 minutes before the starting time, or you may not be able to get your seat even if you made pre-registration.

If there are still vacancies at the point of 5 minutes before the starting time of the session, we will allow visitors on the waiting in. We cannot guarantee, however, any seats for standby visitors. If there is a specific seminar that you would like to attend, we strongly recommend that you pre-register through this website well in advance.

For VIP Badge Holders: This year, BioJapan2007 Organizing Committee has decided to allow our VIP guests to attend our seminars (except for Opening Ceremony & Keynote Speech) without pre-registration. Please consult with the attendant at each seminar room. The attendant will let you in at the same time when the pre-registered visitors enter the room. There is no pre-arranged seat for VIP visitors, however. Please be informed in advance that this is not to guarantee a seat for VIP visitors.

For General Visitors: This year, we offer a privilege for our VIP visitors to participate in seminars without pre-registration. Therefore, we may let the VIP visitors enter the seminar room ahead of pre-registered visitors. Your generous understanding and cooperation would be very much appreciated.

For those of you who have forgotten to bring their pre-registration print-out copy, we will set up some PCs for your use at the registration desk area. Please use them to print out your copy again. Please keep your ID and the password for registration with you in case of such an occasion.
