On the day of the session, please come to Registration Desk (either at the entrance of Exhibition Hall or 2nd floor of Conference Center) first and obtain a visitor badge in exchange for your printed-out Admission Ticket (You can get it when you complete your pre-registration work online.) After receiving your visitor badge, please proceed to the respective seminar room. Please try to arrive at the seminar room at latest 5 minutes before the starting time, or you may not be able to get your seat even if you made pre-registration.

If there are still vacancies at the point of 5 minutes before the starting time of the session, we will allow visitors on the waiting in. We cannot guarantee, however, any seats for standby visitors. If there is a specific seminar that you would like to attend, we strongly recommend that you pre-register through this website well in advance.
