Exhibitor Seminars
The seminar rooms in Annex Hall is adjacent to the Exhibition Hall. Each room, theater-style, is equipped with chairs, with the capacity of more than 120 people as before.
Now the seminar venue much closer to the exhibition floor, chances of drawing seminar participants to your booth after seminars will be increased.
It has become a classic tactic used by exhibitors at BioJapan to draw the attention of seminar attendees by a topic closely related to organizer's programs.

Luncheon Seminars
The visitors of BioJapan are so enthusiastic and busy gathering information that they often miss lunch. The luncheon seminars hosted by sponsor companies and with a lunch box are therefore enormously popular among visitors wishing to use their limited time eff ectively. The attendeeas tend to get fully booked earlier during the pre-registration period every year.
