Green devices – environment-friendly devices such a new lighting technologies like LEDs and OLEDs, and new energies such as solar power – are posed to permeate every corner of society. These green devices are expected to play a key role in the realization of the low-carbon society by combining diverse constituent technologies including power semiconductors, low-power components, rechargeable batteries and capacitors.
