If the organizer receives an application form ![[PDF]](../../../../../fpdgd/2011/exhibitors/images/common/pdf.gif){kind=small}
from an applicant and approves it, the organizer returns the approved contract form with the official-use columns filled in. The contract is confirmed when the applicant receives the application form approved by the organizer.
In case of the exhibitor's refusing the use of whole or a part of the contracted space, the exhibitor needs to notify it to the organizer in writing. Penalty is subject to be applied according to the date of submitting the written notification.
1) From the date of the contract to June 24, 2011: 30% of the total amount.
2) On June 25, 2011 and after: 100% to the total amount.
The organizer will be assigned from the exhibitors to finalize booth location, based on the date of booth space application, date of contract, content of exhibit and size of exhibit. The floor plan will be announced at the explanation meeting for exhibitors.
Please contact the Managing Office for information of the package booth plan that includes booth decoration fee, rental fee for fixtures, electricity charges, etc.
