Visitor Promotion Plan


We will draw competent visitors by using Nikkei BP’s database of quality subscribers and original know-how.
Through target-specific promotional activities, we will tout a wide sphere of authoritative system network users -- from those in charge of systems at companies, IT professionals and to management executives.









Magazines


NET&COM 2007 will unfold a variety of advertising campaigns to reach people in charge of computer systems, IT professionals as well as top managers, using the vertical titles of Nikkei Business Publications and other media of the Nikkei Group. Previews, ad features…, Nikkei BP will make concerted efforts to boost up NET&COM.




Pre-guide book


One month before the event, we will start sending the pre-event guidebook (with free invitation tickets) together with the magazines published by Nikkei Business Publications. This guidebook will contain the most uptodate nformation about NET&COM 2007.




Direct Mails


We will make the best use of the customer lists owned by Nikkei Business Publications, and send direct mails to carefully selected targets. This direct mailing will be a major marketing campaign whereby a total of 500,000 direct mail pieces will be sent out on behalf of the organizer and the exhibitors.

Taking full advantage of the merits of e-mail, we will send e-mail uniquely tailored to the recipient. In addition, we will inquire preregistrants about areas of their interests and send them e-mail personally tailored according to their interests. e e-mail, informing them of the must-see points of the exhibition, will enhance their interests in NET&COM.
