Hotel Reservation

JTB Corp., Group Tours Office, Chiba (hereafter refered to as JTB) has been appointed by the Organizing Committee as the Official Travel Agent for Tokyo Game Show 2005 to handle all related travel arrangements and hotel accommodations.
JTB has reserved a sufficient number of rooms at the following hotels for the participants during the congress period at special discount rates.
Hotel assignment will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

*The followinng rates include breakfast, service charges and consumption tax.
(If the hotel of your choice is fully booked, JTB will reserve a hotel in the same grade.)

Cancellation / Revision

*	In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as follows.
*	Please note all refunds will be made after the conference.
*	Please revise and/or cancel your reservation by logging-in to your Individual Page.

*Cancellation Fee when notice is given:

12-7 days before the first night of stay	10% of the daily room charge
6-1 days before the first night of stay	20% of the daily room charge
The same day	50% of the daily room charge
No notice given	100% of the daily room charge

An application method

♦Please fill out an application, and send it by FAX.
♦After an application, I send "a reservation confirmation book" within two weeks

Deadline for Reservations

The deadline for reservations is 12:00 Noon of Sep. 2, 2005 /Japan time.
(Please note that reservations will also be closed when all the accommodations have become full.)
