The following is included in the charge
  • Arrangement by the show organizer of seminar announcements and advertisements (magazine advertisements, DM and e-DM) recruiting seminar attendees
  • Entry of company logo on TGS forum program
  • Dealing with advance applications, issue of session tickets and guidance on the day of the session
  • Provision of list of session participants
  • Provision of requested number of complimentary tickets to sessions for invited guests
  • 100 business-day tickets for entry to the expo floor
  • a four-color, one-page advertisement in the official guidebook (in English or Japanese edition)
Strict adherence to the privacy policy stipulated by the show organizer will be assumed when providing the list of session participants.

Applications for sponsorship sessions are restricted to exhibitors.
