TOKYO GAME SHOW Real Event
In 2020 and 2021, TOKYO GAME SHOW was held online due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection. We were able to deliver a great deal of game content while taking advantage of the benefits of online accessibility from any location by offering program distribution, trial versions, e-commerce, business matching, and other services on various online platforms. However, many TGS fans and exhibitors have expressed their desire for the return of the real show and their desire to visit Makuhari next year. It has been two years since we were there, and it made us realize once again that even though new information can be obtained through the Internet, the excitement and joy of the moment can only be created when everyone is able to share it in the same space.
