  ・ストーリー西暦2600年、木星からケンタウルス座アルファ星へ向かう一隻の輸送船があった。突然、デブリと衝突した輸送船は、航路を外れてとある星に不時着する。コールドスリープから目覚めた主人公が目の当たりにした光景は、２つの太陽に照らされた、有毒の大気が満ちる過酷な環境だった。積み荷を確認する主人公は、そこで初めて自分が運ばされていたものの正体を知る。そこには培養槽に漬けられた少女が居た。少女は凄まじい生命力を持ち、どれだけ細胞を抜き取っても死ぬことはない。主人公は船に搭載されたAIに促されるまま、少女のクローンを作り過酷な環境へ送り出す。輸送船を修理してこの星から脱出するために・・・・プレイ概要主人公であるプレイヤーは、ほぼ不死身の肉体を持つ少女を傷つけながらクローンを生産し、船体の修理に必要な物資を集め、過酷な死の星からの脱出を試みます。生き延びるためには、少女の生命力というコストを支払わなければいけません。少女の生命力を使いすぎると、少女の命の炎は消えてしまい、主人公であるプレイヤーの運命も終わりを迎えます。少女を生き長らえさせながら主人公の生命を維持するためには、少女に苦痛を与え続ける選択肢しかありません。プレイヤーは、少女の苦しみを如何にコントロールするかによって、生き延びるための道が開けます。

  Flight Fit VRは「美しい景色と音楽の中で身体を鍛える」というのをコンセプトに作られた、以下の３つのトレーニングがら構成されたVR作品です。Dragon Fit VR はドラゴンと空を飛んでいるうちにスクワットの辛さが緩和され、知らず知らずのうちに太ももの筋力強化を期待できるでしょう。Chair Absは、吸い込まれそうな美しい空と雲の中で清々しい気持ちで風を感じるでしょう。円盤のどこに隙間があるのか、夢中にになって飛んでいるうちに腹筋や太ももの疲れを感じにくくなるでしょう。障害物にぶつかるとライフが減っていきます。進んだ距離が表示されるので日々何メートル進めたかを確認できます。Plank in Heightは自分でプランクする目標時間を設定出来ます。普通なら床しか見えないプランクですが、この作品では海が真下に見え、鯨が現れます。その動きを眺めているうちあなたが設定した時間はあっという間に過ぎるはずです。三つの作品ともに、ゆったりとした動きでできる運動、美しい景色、心地よい音楽を心掛けました。年齢を問わない運動ばかりなので、是非多くの方に体験していただきたいです！

  VITRIOL is a personal project by Martin Pichlmair (co-founder of Broken Rules, known for Old Man’s Journey; see vertical-progress.net) and Charlene Putney (writer of games like Divinity: Original Sin 2 and NUTS; see alphachar.com). It is a narrative word puzzle game where only your wits can help you escape a bureaucratic nightmare. Level by level, you rearrange a mosaic of letters to find hidden answers within the words and progress through the story. Think of a crossword puzzle where the clues are part of the solution.There are word games where you move individual letters around, but few are narrative games. There are puzzle games that use language in creative ways, but very few require you to use your language brain in combination with a spatial challenge and storytelling. As far as we can tell, no other game with this combination of mechanics exists.VITRIOL is a game for readers and writers, for wielders of language. Our main innovation is that we use the elements of language as puzzle pieces. Every word puzzle has intended solutions but there are many ways to reach those solutions. Language is used like clay in our game - you re-make meaning from the raw materials provided as you progress.We were initially inspired by the mundane horror of filling out forms while moving country. We wanted to explore that feeling of “bureaucratic fear” and see if we could transform it into confidence. We want players to initially feel the sludgy, swampy mire of bureaucracy weighing down upon them, before realising by the end of the game how free they are to express themselves, realising that they have choices and agency in the narrative of their own lives.

STORY You visit the exhibition of T. Waterzooi, an avant-garde digital artist and a contemporary of Piet Mondrian. What is "SENSE OF WONDER NIGHT"?

SENSE OF WONDER NIGHT 2021 (SOWN2021) throws spotlights on game developers to draw wellspring of ideas which may stir the static concept of the game. In other words, SOWN2021 will find out the game ideas causing “SENSE OF WONDER”. To make such unique ideas widely known, SOWN would provide a presentation opportunity for game developers with unique ideas at TOKYO GAME SHOW. SOWN2021 commemorates the 14th anniversary with internationally increasing applications.

Last year, total of 8 presenters had been selected presenters out of 80 exhibitors of Indie game "Selected Exhibit". Nomination process was conducted through the screening committee consists of indie game experts, creators and publishers inside and outside of Japan. 8 presenters from 7 countries/regions were selected. Countries of nomination were as follows: two from Japan, each one from Canada, Peru, Switzerland, Poland and Indonesia. SOWN2020 was held on September 25, 2020 (Friday) and was live-streaming. Overseas finalists gave presentations online.

"Audience Award Grand Prix" "Best Technological Game Award" "Best Arts Award" "Best Experimental Game Award" "Best Game Design Award" "Best Presentation Award" trophies were given in the end and all of eight developers enjoyed networking at Indie Night Party with attendees and screening committee members.

The entire applicants for the SOWN2021 are set to be entered as prospective exhibitors for Indie game "Selected Exhibit" at the TGS2021. The applicants are elected as the exhibitors of Indie game "Selected Exhibit" according to fair screening by the selection committee. Furthermore, the finalists of SOWN2021 will be chosen from the applicants elected as the exhibitors of Indie game "Selected Exhibit" by the selection committee.
